Parking: We will have shuttles to and from this location to the Pedestrian Bridge on Portage ave throughout the event in a 2022 Chrysler van with FormerFeds logos labeled, Shuttle.

Code of conduct:
CHBMP is committed to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and volunteers. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, press, volunteers, exhibitors, CHBMP members, service providers and all others are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all virtual and in-person CHBMP meeting-related events.

Agreement
By attending the FormerFeds/CHBMP Protest you agree to refrain from disruptive or destructive conduct. In addition, all participants and press attending a CHBMP protest are subject to the laws applicable in the state of the event.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:
Harassment (includes persistent requests — photos, conversations, unwanted advances — face-to-face, email, phone, text), unwanted requests, intimidation or discrimination in any form.
Verbal or physical abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, CHBMP/Formerfeds Volunteer, service provider or other meeting guests.
Examples of verbal abuse include but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, heckling, threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, CHBMP Volunteer, service provider or other meeting guests.
Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall or at other events organized by CHBMP throughout the meeting. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any CHBMP volunteer coordinator.
Violation of These Principles and Expectations
CHBMP has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment or violation of the Code of Conduct by participants or our members at our meetings. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, CHBMP asks that you notify security and/or any CHBMP staff members onsite immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

CHBMP reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and CHBMP reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future events.
