JM Phelps reports that military whistleblower Daniel LeMay (pseudonym) has released “The Remdesivir Papers”, alleging that the DoD enrolled military members, either active or retired, in a study of medical treatments for Covid-19 without informed consent from the patients or their advocates.  The “Papers” imply that this COULD have resulted in 601 needless deaths.
