Dec 28 2020 my oldest son texted me and told me him and his wife had Covid. She had gone to emergency room and received meds. When he went it was packed so he went home. Jan 2 In the early morning he was having trouble breathing and drove himself to the hospital . He called and said he would be fine.

I couldn’t come see him. I asked if they had given him a z pack or antibodies like they were doing here in Florida. He said no. He trusted the doctor and he said they were giving him an IV that they gave Donald Trump and vitamins. I spoke to him Sunday and he was not getting better. I  received a call Wednesday from his aunt who said he was getting worse. I was told they removed his IV. So I thought he must be getting better and would be out soon. His wife texted others he was not better and they may have to move him to another hospital . He was not in ICU in Prattville until the last few hours.

I called and he said he could barely talk and was very sick. Friday morning, January 8, his wife called and told me he died. They told his wife he had coded twice and the third time he coded they couldn’t get to him. They said they were short handed and busy with another patient and couldn’t get to him.
We could not get a death certificate signed for 3 weeks because there was a discrepancy in time of death. The funeral home had to be involved because we had already had the funeral Jan 12 , 2021.

When I received the the death certificate it states Covid pneumonia and renal failure, Obesity .
