COVID-19 Humanity Betrayal ㅤ Memory Project

My Dad was taken to the ER by my brother on 22-DEC-2020 after he fell the night before. According to my dad he fell and hurt his left arm (which also had lymphedema). He said he was having a hard time taking care of himself because he is left handed. Banner Desert REFUSED to allow my brother to accompany my dad in the ER.

Once inside he was stripped of his cell phone. We tried calling him several times to check on him then called the hospital. They gave us the run around. The Nurse finally called us about 24 hours after my brother dropped him off. She stated that he had Covid and was ‘FIGHTING THEM ON TREATMENT’. Adding that we needed to make a life ending decision if it continued.

I asked to speak to him, nurse said no he was resting. I kept trying. The nursing desk was getting upset with myself and my siblings for constantly calling up there to talk to him or check on him. Every time they refused to let us talk to him. Prior to my brother taking him up there, I talked to my dad. He assured me that he had no symptoms. They gave him the PCR test anyway.

I did not know this as they refused to even call and let us know what was going on. If I know my dad, and I do, he would have told them several times to let us know or would have done so himself. The nurse was hateful and lectured us many times for the frequent calls to check on him. She got mad and said she would only relay it to one of us. Before I knew his phone was compromised I text him and the NURSE text me back. I know this because it was not my dad’s typical language with me regardless of his mood.

I told them I was flying down there to check on him and was told I would be arrested if I tried to enter hospital to see him. Then a few days into treatment the Nurse said he was improving after Hydroxychloroquine & Ivermectin, records show NO ivermectin was ever given. She never once told us he was on Propofol, fentanyl, remdesivir and dexamethasone when we asked what else he was on.

At one point I had asked that they wrap his left arm (thinking at this point they ruled out a broken bone) as it had lymphedema from recent radiation for skin cancer. The nurse said she would. On another call I asked if it was done and she said no, that no one in the hospital knew how to wrap an arm with an ace bandage.

This tells me they didn’t care because he was going to be a Covid death count. He then started to decline again and I asked that they give him more hydroxy & Ivermectin, she said they couldn’t because each patient was only allowed one dose each. Once they killed him they pushed real hard for cremation saying it was very costly for an autopsy and natural burial due to the coroner having to dress in a special manner to protect him/her self. That turned out to be a LIE.

I asked for his medical records the day he died. It took them 4 months to give them to me and in a format that i was unable to open. While waiting for his records I figured out how to get them myself without their knowledge by creating an account for him with his SS etc… I downloaded everything. He was never ONCE treated for the broken bone he went in to the ER for in the first place.

He was NEVER given Ivermectin like they stated. They in fact gave him Propofol, Fentanyl, Dexamethasone and Remdesivir but failed to tell us this when we asked them what they were giving him. When the nurse facetimed us with his phone, I took pictures of my dad, he looked horrible and I mentioned several times i was flying down to see him but was often threatened with arrest. I wish now i would have risked it. I should have risked it and feel like I let him down. If I knew then, what I learned on my journey up to today, i would have risked being arrested.

They lied to us so many times, and at the time I could not access his medical records and did not know they were lying. The Hippocratic oath meant absolutely nothing to all involved. I filed with the AZ medical board and they pretty much laughed at me. I disputed their findings and they did it again soon after.

I told them I was NOT going away and if it took the rest of my life I would seek justice for my dad. They know what they did, and they have no remorse. I felt that with every communication I had with them. They kept telling me that the statute of limitations runs out on 7-Jan-2023 (two years after he died). I kept telling them there was no statute of limitations on pre-meditated murder. I have tried to find a lawyer and no one wants to touch it, or at least not when it first happened.

If there really is a statute of limitations the I have a short window to get my lawsuit entered in the AZ court system. I am clueless on how to do that. I would like some help to do that in the event pre-meditated murder does have a statute. Almost two years later and I still feel like I should have risked arrest and barged in there to take him out. He was fine and just wanted to rule out a broken bone. Instead he was murdered. I want COVID removed from his death certificate and murder by banner desert south instead.

My story is kind of long so sure I have a lot to say. It has been the single most horrendous event of my life and I cannot let go. I was not done with my dad, he did fantastic things in life, he was my hero and he loved me unconditionally. I will never have that again.

My dad was a son, a father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, brother, step dad, friend…. he played in a band up until the Covid prevented them from playing. Years ago he played in a band with Danny Darren (Bobby Darren’s brother) and Justin Tubb (Ernest Tubbs son). He was passionate about his music, loved his wife, kids and grand kids. He HAD a lot of life left to live, he was able to take care of himself and I was down there less than two months before his murder and he insisted on cooking for us. He loved to cook and went so far as to garnish every plate, that is how proud of his cooking he was. He was the best, but not in the eyes of Banner Desert who clearly benefitted from his demise…. as I learned later.
