Watched via Facetime Mayo Clinic Murder my husband with Morphine Overdose in Covid Ward

On 11/27/21 my husband Chris was admitted to Mayo Clinic Covid Ward in Phoenix Arizona. He was murdered 5 days later by lethal injection. On the 2nd day I was called with him on the phone with ICU asking us if we would consent to go on the Ventilator. They said he would die without it. We both said no. He texted me during the 5 days that he was so hungry and thirsty.
On the 5th day, December 2nd, at 10pm the doctor from the Covid Ward called me and said my husband was saying he could not go on. I alarmingly asked him what that meant. But, he did not answer. He said we will call you back. I was FaceTime 2 minutes later. All I saw in the frame was my husband elevated in his hospital bed facing me onscreen and the executioner nurse. (I have her telephone number and name). She had her moon suit on, back to me sitting facing him on his bed.
He said I am sorry, I said ‘that’s okay’ (I had no idea they were going to execute him). My husband sounded fine as far as his lungs went. I could tell by his eyes that he was really medicated on something. They gave him a cup of water, a soda and a chocolate pudding pop. He was so excited that he had gotten food and water. Then he started making weird jokes saying that there was going to be a lot of pizza left in the freezer and to donate Christmas decorations to charity. That’s when the nurse with her back to me on the bed started speaking into her shoulder asking for Morphine.
Then proceeded to inject him every 10 minutes (talking into her shoulder asking for more Morphine every 10 minutes) for the next hour and 20 minutes until he was dead. I never saw the nurses face, she never spoke to me. He was screaming, doubled over, his head got 5 times his size. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. At the time, I had 103 fever, covid and pneumonia. I was home. Then they hung up the telephone when he was dead.
Chris was 65 and had not even had a cold or a flu in the last 10 years, was on no medications and was in great shape. I now have a trauma psychologist and PTSD and panic attacks from watching his execution real time and being helpless to stop it.
